Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

MagicEraser Online provides image editing and AI-assisted object removal. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

The service accepts a user-provided image and a mask that the user manually paints over the area to remove. It does not accept text prompts and does not provide text-to-image, text-to-video, face-swap, or deepfake generation. AI processing is limited to reconstructing the selected area of the submitted image. MagicEraser Online is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by its third-party AI model providers.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload or process an image unless you own it or have the necessary permission and rights to edit it.
• Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or any other rights of another person or organization.
• Remove copyright notices, ownership marks, or watermarks for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing purposes.
• Create or process NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content.
• Use the service for face swapping, deepfakes, impersonation, deceptive identity manipulation, harassment, fraud, or non-consensual imagery.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content, or to bypass content-safety controls.

We may block a request, remove content, suspend an account, or preserve and disclose information when reasonably necessary to enforce these restrictions, protect users, or comply with law.

Payment and Billing

One-time Credit packages are charged in USD through Creem and do not expire. A full refund may be requested through customer support within 7 days of payment only when none of the Credits from that order have been used. Approved refunds are issued by Creem. Partial refunds, disputes, and refunds requested after any Credits have been used require manual review. We never store your card details.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
